Upon receiving the phone on delivery and inspecting it, there were heavy wear around the outer Bezel which was to be expected on a item grade of fair. But the sim card holder seemed to be damaged where the Sim key hole area was bent causing not sit flush and tight fit for the sim key pin on, causes cases not to slide on easily. It would have been nice if this was addressed before sending the item. Don't know if it was overlooked or not. But I guess this is the chance you take buying on here.

I ordered it in good quality and didn’t expect that much damages and color degradation on the edges. The phone works fine as well I would like in the future to see full phone -body pictures and not only the corners

I loved my Samsung S22 that I got for the first 48 hr. Until it wouldn't charge anymore. Now I can't use it nor can I turn it on to reset it. It's been more than 24 hrs since I sent a help request... crickets. No way to speak to anyone and no answer via email. Love back market I'm a repeat customer for years. Would like to speak to someone to fix this. I need my phone for business and this hurts.

The vendor sold me a lemon 🍋. A "LEMON"!! Looks clean from the outside. The inside was clean as well. But it still has hot air coming out. I have at least 3 issues that need to be corrected. I know, I have a warranty. But I don't have the patience for the shenanigans. Bottom line i like Black Market. It's the vendor that Black Market is dealing with is the problem.

Everything is wonderful except the battery is pretty weak. Comparing to another s22+ i purchased off Backmarket.
