I'm about to power the system up now but opening it, it's not very well packaged, the PS4 it self is dirty so refurbished is out of the question. thr power cord has something sticky on it so I have to clean that before I even use it. ridiculous

speakerphone doesn't work and I can't use Zoom, video call, or have someone on speaker because of that. I reach out to customer service, I haven't heard anything and there's no number to call.

Was a perfect Christmas gift for my Grandson! He is enjoying it.

The vendor sold me a lemon 🍋. A "LEMON"!! Looks clean from the outside. The inside was clean as well. But it still has hot air coming out. I have at least 3 issues that need to be corrected. I know, I have a warranty. But I don't have the patience for the shenanigans. Bottom line i like Black Market. It's the vendor that Black Market is dealing with is the problem.

Great seller

The PlayStation was packaged poorly and when received the top was coming off and the left side is cracked. We were able to reattach the top but it was definitely damaged during transit due to poor packaging. After turning it on it sounded like an airplane trying to take off. The fan was so loud. Very disappointed in this purchase.
