    Upon receiving the phone on delivery and inspecting it, there were heavy wear around the outer Bezel which was to be expected on a item grade of fair. But the sim card holder seemed to be damaged where the Sim key hole area was bent causing not sit flush and tight fit for the sim key pin on, causes cases not to slide on easily. It would have been nice if this was addressed before sending the item. Don't know if it was overlooked or not. But I guess this is the chance you take buying on here.

    The device arrived dirty (human/dog hair and obvious "gunk" from not being cleaned), with obvious water/sweat damage, missing part of the silicone covering, and was nowhere near "Excellent" condition. BackMarket customer service was largely unhelpful, even with proof of the issue. This is my third purchase from BackMarket that was no even close to the condition that was listed for the item. Fool me once, etc. etc. etc.
