The person who the phone was for was used to new condition phones, and the scuffs and scratches were a little difficult during unboxing while I gifted the phone to the person. However, the phone started and setup quickly with the person's Google account and Samsung account, it was grand. We are very satisfied with Back Market, and we with the phone could have been buffed and shiny, but we got a great deal, so that's OK. Thank you!

I was a little skeptical at first but I ordered my iPhone 12 Tuesday Christmas Eve and received it 3 days later on Friday. Battery is %83 life but I bought a phone in good shape. Thank you Back Market.

Great visual condition, now user interface issues besides the battery health, its the same as the phone I had previously and I bought it “Good” condition, I thought the battery would be a little healthier as well as the cord that came with it works after a couple seconds and if put in the right spot but weird quality..

Phone was received in a reasonable time frame. The condition was rated as good. Body had a dent /scratch on back which is easily covered by case. Screen is perfect and must have gotten a new battery since health was at 100% Ordered same phone in excellent condition from a different vendor and it looked perfect, but the battery health was 79% so it was promptly returned. Happy with purchase from Back Market.

In great condition, love pixels regardless. Only issue is the corruption thing, that Pixels sometimes get for no reason. Which usually is easy to fix, but not always. Doesn't affect anything really, just sometimes just restarts itself.

iPhone 12 it’s smaller than the plus iPhone 8 but still work as inspected nothing to complain about good condition and easy to work have to get use to not having a home button like this phone thanks back market

Pros: Bought the phone in “good condition”. Physically, it lived up to it, if not better(the tiny dents on the sides can be hidden with a case). Cons: It does have a touch lag here & there. Also, I paid extra to get it overnight, (suppose to arrive on Dec.28th) but it came Dec.30th. If I would not have paid extra the regular ship date was the 30th & if I knew that it wouldn’t have came on time I would’ve just saved my money & waited. I took a loss when it came to the shipping part, which was very important to me that’s why I paid extra Overall: I am happy with the phone. , my only problem was with Shipping, but I won’t pay for overnight anymore, I’ll just do standard shipping

Bought Iphone 14 base model in good condition. No scratches on the screen or back but the sides have significant scratches and dents.
