    Had a great experience!! This seller shipped out the phone so fast and it arrived literally the next day! The phone is in excellent condition, just like described! It runs so smoothly. The only small issue I've noticed so far has been on 2 separate calls, it will sound muffled every now and then between words. But honestly can't tell if it's the phone or the network connection. But regardless, it's in great condition for refurbished! Would absolutely order more electronics from Back Market and this seller!

    Really surprised I probably sound like a bot but I thought it was a scam because it was too good to be true. I am very happy with my purchase. The only issue was not exactly back market's fault. The UPS driver quite literally threw my box and hit my door. I understand it is probably very frustrating working in general I just wish he didnt throw it but thankfully nothing broke lol.
