Battery life was at 100%. I’ve ordered 2 other phones from here before and they were at 89 or 93 respectively. So this was a great surprise. I was able to transfer everything from my XR to the 13 easily. No overheating during the process and it looks absolutely perfect on the outside and screen as well. Zero problems. I love my new phone!

The phone arrived very quickly and was super easy to setup, practically did it by itself. The condition was excellent as described and so far (only a week) I’m very happy with its performance. I’ve recommended Back Market to many people.

Had a great experience!! This seller shipped out the phone so fast and it arrived literally the next day! The phone is in excellent condition, just like described! It runs so smoothly. The only small issue I've noticed so far has been on 2 separate calls, it will sound muffled every now and then between words. But honestly can't tell if it's the phone or the network connection. But regardless, it's in great condition for refurbished! Would absolutely order more electronics from Back Market and this seller!

Bought the “fair” as it was a sign can’t drop in price than the others. Not a small drop either, about $60 cheaper. I was okay with getting a scratched watch face, I just needed an upgraded watch for cheap as my battery blew out on my s3. For $118, it’s an amazing buy. The top of the watch face has some pretty severe scratches, but it’s on the curve so it doesn’t affect the screen at all. So far I’ve had zero issues with it (one week in). Fast shipping and great price!

Iphone was just as described. I have bought a few things from back market & it’s never been any problems. Warranty is great & if you need anything such as replacement chargers or anything they replace it immediately.

I was surprised at how beat up the outside edges and corners are on this iPhone. I knew the phone is refurbished, but just disappointed at the dings, etc. The screen looks fine though. Also, there has been several occasions, especially while outside, that my iPhone 15 pro max screen would “FLASH”, on & off. Then the wallpaper screen would come up just for a millisecond, then the passcode screen would come up, but the screen will go dark before I can enter my passcode. It did that once Wednesday 5/7, twice 5/8, once Saturday 5/10 & once 5/11. Today is Monday, 5/12 and it has not done it so far this morning. Please advise.

It’s like a new phone and works well

I couldn't be happier with my iPhone 15 purchase. First arrived safely packaged, protective film on the screen, original box with the c-cable bundled. Just like I would've received it from the Apple store where I have made all my previous purchases of new products. In the future, a refurbished item will be my first thought!

I was able to pick out the phone that I wanted had no problems with the ordering process or the delivery. I will use Back Market again.

Works very well, charges quickly and stays charged for a long time. Lots of battery life, great condition for how old it is, arrived very quickly.
