I absolutely LOVE Back Market! This is the second iPad I’ve purchased for my daughter. The quality of both were better than expected! When first one screen broke, it was so easy to file a claim with the insurance I purchased. The whole process from sending the first tablet back, refund, repurchase of the new tablet and delivery took less than a week! I will forever use Back Market for my refurbished tech and I refer them to literally anyone! 10/10 stars 😊

Upgraded from a Galaxy Note 9 that I've had for years. Didn't want to break the bank, so I looked into refurbished. This Galaxy S23 Ultra was ordered in good condition, but came in excellent condition! Shipping was fast too! I would definitely use them again in the future!

Works great, as my BackMarket iPads always have. Also ordered a gaming laptop last week & it also works great! Saved several hundred $$ by ordering it refurbished from BackMarket vs. the best price we could find new. I always recommend BackMarket to others!

I am so happy with my purchase! This phone is great and definitely and upgrade from my SE. It came with no scratches or dents or cracks and the battery capacity is at 100% which I was scared that it wasn’t going to be. It only took it about 4 days to arrive which is not bad at all. Overall I am very pleased with and next time I upgrade I plan to purchase from back market again.

I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

my first back Market experience and i am 100% satacfied. this came with only minor wear and a 82% battery capacity and for a used phone i got what i expected. it was unclocked and works just fine on metro by T-Mobile. thanks!!

i was looking for other apps to get it for cheaper and this is the best app that i’ve found that sells electronics for cheap it came in good condition with a charger the battery life is good doesn’t go dead fast i would most definitely shop again and recommend to other people

Honestly, it's the best gift from me to me lol, I am soon starting a business and I need a good working laptop to be on the go, And back market was the place to go to when need equipment. I will be buying more stuff from them soon
