The device came as expected, in perfect condition. Who would have thought that a refurbished laptop would look so brand new and work just like a new one. Everything from the specs, camera, microphone, fingerprint are all working fine. No scratches or signs of breaking due to falling.

So far great and by great I mean fantastic I mean it came in the original box and foam and wow. This is the second gaming monitor I've got at back market the first a acer predator that is 3 to 5 yrs old now I can't remember but it's still going strong as ever. If I didn't know it was refurbished I would have never guessed. Great work great price great motive. Just great. Lol

Everything came in earlier than expected! The iMac was in the original box!! Came two days earlier than expected! I also want to add that the IMac comes with a Magic keyboard and Magic Mouse! And I did not see any reviews mention it! And it also still has Apple care on it!! I am so excited! 😆 love my new iMac set up!!

The discount I saved on buying used was more than I could have ever imagined. The condition may be listed as "Good", but it should be listed as Great. This machine is glorious. Battery life is superb. Loving the larger screen so much more, as I'm coming from a 12-inch 2017 MacBook. I did not realize how much I missed all of the ports as much as I did. So happy with my purchase and have been telling all of my friends to shop refurbished and save some coins.

it says the condition is fair but it's in immaculate condition, not a single mark on the screen or frame. they really went above and beyond to restore and refurbished this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3!! I've been using it for a couple days now and can honestly say when I'm ready to upgrade to the next fold I will certainly be using BackMarket again! #LifeTimeCustomer

Hi, I Bought the MacBook Air 2017 & Everything Went Great Paid For Overnight Because Im Impatient But Everything Went Smoothly I Ordered It In Good Condition And Honestly This Device Was A Steal It Literally Is Flawless Like Out Of The Box Brand New Flawless ...The Only Problem I Had Was After 3 Days The Laptop Stopped Charging With The Provided Charger So I Called Apple Support and Got The solution (it matters what wattage your charger is) seller sent a 60w charger and MBA 2017 takes 45w just decided to order one on amazon and everything is working smoothly again ....other than that little problem I would definitely recommend blackmarket for refurbished devices will be purchasing again in the future !

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

Absolutely fantastic! A+ Got a super great deal on this 16" M1 MacBook Pro listed as "good" condition with a few scratches but it took a while to find them! WOW. Honestly I was expecting something ratty yet functional. I just needed a solid workhorse laptop for intraday and swing trading and this M1 Pro hits the sweet spot. I was expecting a machine with lots of wear on it, yet the one I received is in MINT condition with 93% battery capacity still on the clock. That's a solidly great number for a 5 year old MacBook Pro. And the laptop is clean as well, no grime and no oily residue on the keyboard keys, which was my only concern. I thought I might have to clean it lol. Additionally just wanted to say that I've bought from BackMarket in the past and have never been disappointed. I'm so happy with this laptop purchase that I just bought an iPhone from these guys. If you're reading this review and are "on the fence" whilst considering your purchase, don't be. You can trust these guys. And they have a 30 day free return policy. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, super top notch, and I could not be happier!
