I’m very happy with my new phone! The price was comparable and competitive with other refurbished phone sights. The phone was in mint condition and the battery health is at 90%. The battery lasts me all day and I don’t stress about needing to charge it all the time like the phone i just upgraded from. I will use back market again when it’s time to replace this phone.

Great Condition for 'Fair'. There was only one little scuff on the back, and you can barely see it. The phone works great. We were recommended by our local Computer/Phone Repair place for a refurbished phone. We received the phone in two days. 10/10 Recommend!

In great condition! Honestly surpassed my expectations! I was slightly nervous because I've ordered refurbished phones off of eBay and Amazon multiple times and have gotten screwed over when it came to the phone working correctly or being in the condition they said it was in. But I'm beyond thankful my experience through here was really good with this phone! This is my 2nd time ordering from back market, first was my laptop and now my new phone, and honestly I don't think I'll be going through any other site from now on for used and refurbished technology! 10/10! The computer is excellent and I also want to add that everything I get on here is always excellent and affordable and also ships so fast. Thank you Backmarket because of you I’m able to give away computers and phones to kids and families that need them the most. I have friends who find storage lots of computers and tech that I refurbish and donate. I also purchase computers from Backmarket to add to the inventory so students can have computers for school and basic needs. Backmarket has contributed to that. I’m not getting any funding so being able to get affordable tech helps so much. Thank you for the great customer service.

This phone is in fantastic condition. I'm not sure why it had a "fair" rating. It looks new to me! It had to update and restart about 10 times and I was wondering if it was stuck in a loop, but since then it has worked great. I love that I can get a refurbished phone for a great price through back market. Thanks, once again!
