Oh my gosh! This was the best investment EVER! The optic attachment illuminates invisible dust and is genius! Our floors have never been cleaner! This cordless vacuum is a gazillion times better than any of the standard upright vacuums we have owned. Highly recommend!

I was afraid to buy one at first, but what convinced me was knowing that I could return it if something wasn’t as expected. But… OMG! The device I received looks like a brand-new one! I wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but it is. My device only has two small signs of use, but they are barely noticeable. I’m pretty sure I’ll buy more items in the future!

Delivery was within 2 business days. The laptop came very securely packaged, and practically new. As a long time windows user, (10 years since my Dell purchase) it took a bit to get use to, right away I noticedI had to buy a USB port adapter. (I completely missed this when checking the specs) Not a huge deal, I was able to get something for not much. When I turned it on it first had a bit of a struggle with some apps that are supported by the software it had, but it showed it didn't. A quick Ecosia search later, I was able to figure it out. No biggie. Now everything runs smoothly. The battery lasts okay, I do notice I have to charge it after a few hours. I mainly use it at home so this isn't any problem for me. Overall, I am super happy with how easy the whole process was, all the information needed before the purchase was clear and accessible. The prices were incredibly affordable, I was honestly surprised. It is a perfectly good laptop and it makes me feel really at peace that I am not adding to pollution, but instead helping recycle when ever possible.

I was quite satisfied with an earlier purchase of a refurbished iPhone from Backstreet, so I came back to them to replace my ancient laptop. Soooo…. I ordered a 2020 MacBook Pro in excellent condition. I expected it to be very nice, but honestly the one I received could pass for brand new. Even the battery was new, with only six cycles on it. The operating system is totally up to date. The laptop has performed flawlessly in the week I’ve had it. No issues, just pleasant surprises. I feel like I actually got more than my money’s worth!

This is my first time on BM and so far so good. I couldn’t afford a brand new MacBook and I’ve purchased refurb via EBay in the past… but this was new for me. I researched for WEEKS and finally landed on this company. I purchased the “Excellent” condition and it truly is as described. With the exception of a tiny scuff on the bottom, barely noticeable, it honestly looks brand new. I wanted to wait about a month before reviewing but it’s been about 3.5 weeks and it works beautifully. I hope it holds up for a few years before I have to upgrade! I’m in love with the touch bar feature as well!
