I was so skeptical about ordering from Back Market, but baby let me tell you! I wasn’t expecting what I got at all! I ordered a MacBook Pro 2020 in “Good” condition, but it came in Excellent and honestly feels brand new. No scratches, no dents, nothing at all. I feel so lucky right now. I was so nervous to buy a refurbished MacBook from this website. I was even more nervous when I received my very first MacBook and it looked like it had been dropped from the Empire State Building. Huge dents on the top of the lid, and every corner had giant gashes to where there were even chunks of metal missing. I knew I had ordered one in “fair” condition but all the reviews I had seen had shown really nice looking ones, even ones in fair condition were pretty pristine. So I just sighed and wished I had paid a little extra for “good condition”. But then I opened the lid, and was really mad. The screen also had damage which was NOT supposed to happen even in fair condition. Several areas of pixels missing, and in the corner was a foggy like appearance. I contacted customer service and they immediately told me my options - return for a refund, or return and see if the sender could repair it. If they couldn’t, they would replace it. I opted to send it back and get it repaired if able, or replaced. It couldn’t be repaired, so I was sent a replacement. And let me tell you - my replacement is PERFECT! Not one dent, ding, or scratch. It’s SOOOO pretty. It looks brand new, and more importantly it works great. 100% battery health as well. Throughout the whole process, Back Market’s customer service was quick to communicate and check in with me. This speaks volumes and I will absolutely purchase through here again!

The headphone jack doesn't seem to work, but I'm convinced it's a software issue and not a problem with the laptop itself. Everything else works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cosmetic condition of the machine. I took the back panel off to see if I needed to dust off the fans, and it was pristine inside as well! I appreciate the attention to detail. When I'm doing basic web browsing, I can get 6+ hours of battery life, but SolidWorks (which is what I bought this for due to the Quadro GPU) cuts that down as expected, to around 2.5 hours. I'm really satisfied with how well this laptop performs and how well the seller refurbished it. Thanks to all involved!

This MacBook Pro (pre-2020 upgrade) has wowed me with its performance. Processing speeds are excellent, no crashes to date, and the seamless integration with my Apple Watch and iPhone 16 Pro has given me the final piece I needed to become the Workflow Automator I’ve been aiming to be. The physical condition was exactly as described — so clean you’d need a magnifying glass to spot any flaws. Honest descriptions, solid components, and a machine that will hold me steady for years to come. Deeply satisfied. Will continue to purchase tech her. Some points of interest: * Fast, but not as blazing fast as the Apple silicon Mac minis; definite upgrade over older models such as the 2012 Mac mini + hardware modifications. * Tends to run warm with simple tasks such as watching YouTube videos or a movie, but gets hot when running VMs. It’s crashed a couple times because of the stress of running a VPN on top of a VM; you might need to invest in an external fan to keep this computer cool. * The internals are clean and almost completely devoid of dust. Works great as a budget Mac for light-to-moderately heavy workloads — and, if you like playing with virtual machines, can handle just about any x64-based system, unlike the newer Apple silicon Macs. Extra cooling would be necessary for that purpose, though.

first & foremost, AMAZING experience. i ordered a “good” device and it came in essentially flawless (super minor scuffs on the body). at first i was skeptical to buy a refurbished device not directly from apple, but honestly, i’m never going back to apple refurbished after trying back market. delivery was super fast. couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏

This was such a great deal and it looks brand new! Can’t even tell it’s refurbished. It came pretty quick too I ordered it 7/19 and received it 7/23. Originally the watch came with a black band but I switched it out with a different one.

I was a little bit skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but when I received it, I was so surprised about the quality of the phone. It looks and works like a brand-new phone. The battery health is at 100%. I bought this phone as a gift for my dad and the red one for my mom, an upgrade from their iPhone 8 Plus. I didn’t know that I would get such quality for a lesser price.
