I got this for my daughter-in-law and she absolutely loves it. It’s in perfect condition even though it was listed as fair. This is the 5th phone I’ve bought from Back Market and I’ve not been disappointed yet. Plus i bought a laptop that I love. I recommend buying refurbished electronic items from Back Market.

Performance is excellent — it’s very fast, smooth, and handles multitasking perfectly. The M1 chip is amazing, the screen is clear and beautiful, and the keyboard and trackpad work flawlessly. Battery life is good and suitable for daily use, and overall the laptop feels reliable and high quality. This is the second phone I’ve ordered from backmarket, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! I love this company, I love this phone, and I could NOT be happier :)

Hi, this is my second time ordering off of this app. This is not my first time buying refurbished phones or devices I decided to get something new and I was hearing that the iPhone 14 Pro Max still works pretty good in 2025 it came around 6 PM. Got here in two days. I love it. It’s much bigger than my 13 the maximum capacity came at 84% so it’s pretty good. I bought this in a good condition from looking at it. It has no scratches at all.!! will be buying again

The new MacBook Pro is a big upgrade from my old 2016 13" one. It came promptly and setup was mostly a breeze. Old issues from iCloud keychain being tied up with an old laptop for authentication was a pain, but I was finally able to disentangle that. No issues from the new hardware there, just known issues relating to Apple systems. It feels snappy with all the apps I use so far, and I think I've worked out most of the new quirks from more recent macOS version. Looks and feels great. Thanks!

Incredible machine. The MacBook Pro M1 Pro still proves why Apple changed the game with these chips. Fast, silent, efficient, and with a stunning display.
