Super Excellet. 😊 This was my very first time buying from this company, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first about going the refurbished route. I was upgrading from my old mid-2014 13-inch MacBook Pro, so I decided to go with the 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. I wanted to be 100% sincere in my feedback, so I gave it a good month of heavy use before writing this. Honestly, the quality is outstanding! It arrived on time, well-packaged, and looked pristine—I found zero scratches on it. Even though it had 333 battery cycles, the battery health is great, and it performs like a brand-new machine. I am really enjoying this upgrade and truly appreciate the quality I received!

I absolutely LOVE my refurbished MacBook Air!! I ordered it during their Black Friday sale and it was worth every penny!! I got mine in good condition with 16GB - SSD 512GB In space gray and I love it. 10/10 would recommend. It shipped out fast and they sent the QR code for my trade-in to be shipped through UPS and it was a seamless process. I'll be ordering all my devices through Back Market from now on.

I ordered a 'premium' condition Macbook Pro, and the whole experience was indeed *premium*. The machine arrived on time and in good shape and turned out to be an Apple refurbished computer with only 7 cycles on the battery and an active AppleCare+ subscription. As far as I can tell it is effectively brand new and all wearable parts never used at all. I couldn't be happier!

So happy to have a 13 mini back. Same GB’s and even same color as I’d had before. It was a mistake to try the iPhone 17; too big and too heavy. Researched reliable refurbished iPhones, and Back Market came up as one. As recommended, I also checked out the individual vendor’s reviews; good as well, with years of experience. Ordering was easy; arrived on date stated, and the battery at 92%, with (I think) an Apple battery, because I didn’t get the warning about a non-Apple part (they stated may happen with non-Apple battery) upon turning it on. Battery lasts about 4.5 hours, way less than the 17 which lasts all day. However, I recalled that pretty much is standard with the 13 mini. It simply does not have the battery power of the bigger phones. I expected it to get a bit warm while transferring my data from the 17, yet it never got hot. My phone plan immediately recognized the 13 mini without me having to do anything on their site. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now; and so far, so good.

It is a literal brand new phone. Came with original Apple charger and original Apple SIM card remover and Apple papers and sticker. Battery health 100%. Would highly recommend BEST4TECH as a seller. It’s as good as Apple refurbished.

For what I paid for, this device is outstanding. Arrived with 85% battery health which isn’t bad for a machine more than 4 years old. Additionally, the way Apple made these devices it feels worth way more than what I paid for it. I needed a replacement for my 13” m1 with a cracked screen that I could only use hooked up to an external monitor. This has been the perfect replacement without having to go brand new. I will probably continue the refurbished route because the value is undeniable, no complaints here.

I was initially skeptical of refurbished stuff, but when my Switch OLED arrived, WOW! I AM IMPRESSED! They delivered on their promise and the switch is in perfect working condition. I will definitely be buying refurbished stuff from these people from now on!

Honestly I was a little hesitant ordering a referbished mac book pro off here. Only because I just had a not so good experience trying to order one through Amazon. I am more then pleased with my Mac book pro. It has a small amount of wear and tear but over all looks like brand new. Battery has 93% which is amazing for a 2021 computer. I found out that they replaced the screen on the computer and that must of been the reason for the refurbished. They used Apple parts for it. I would say order from here I had a great experience.
