Item arrived in only two days, was packed very well and was in better condition than expected. device was fairly dirty and dusty on the inside and the battery was at 84% max capacity with 229 cycles ran through it. I was expecting it to be cleaned and the battery to be new as I thought this was a refurbished item, but that honestly could have been a mistake on my part. It came with a USB-C 85w charger, which looked brand new, when I was expecting MagSafe, but it's no issue. Overall a great product that works well and looks almost brand new; would buy from again.

I ordered a Macbook Pro M1 Pro rated "Good" and was extremely happy with the product. In my opinion, this should have been rated as "Excellent" and I saved almost $200 by choosing the "Good" option. Not a scratch, dent or any identifiable imperfections. Thank you!

Wow ! Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I was in the market for a Macbook pro, saw the price this was for and decided to pull the trigger. Paid for a good condition one and got it basically brand new. No scratches, no broken keys, no nothing. I am very happy with my purchase!

First time using Backmarket, I was skeptical initially but after checking the seller's reviews, I went ahead because of a great deal on an M1 Pro 10-core. So far, everything's been great. The laptop is in excellent condition, as advertised. It arrived on time and was packaged with decent protection. It's been used since 2022 but has no scratches or dents on the body anywhere. The screen is perfect, the battery had gone through 80 cycles and was at 95% health. Everything's functional and the battery lasts long even with heavy use. However, one little issue was that it wasn't fully cleaned - it had some stains on the lid and the trackpad, and the keyboard was dirty with visible specks of dust underneath almost each key - not a major issue as it was fixed with a thorough cleaning. Also, it didn't ship with an official Apple charging brick or cable, but it did come with third-party ones that work just fine. Overall, it's been a great experience.
