I got a great deal on getting a Google pixel 7. Though sometimes the touch screen is unresponsive, I don't know if that's a typical issue for Google pixels or if it's an issue from an improper refurbishment. I'm thinking about filing for a return/repair/replace. Otherwise I'm satisfied

I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

Bought this refurbished MacBook Air for a low price and it feels like a steal. The MacBook looked brand new out of the box. So far it is functioning perfectly. This is better than any new computer in the same price range. This is my second purchase from backmarket. The first purchase was an iPhone 13 that is still going strong a year and a half later. I highly recommend this website for refurbished electronics especially apple products.

I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

I bought a refurbished Logitech H151 Headphone with Microphone – Black, and it honestly feels like new. The headset arrived in excellent condition, with no noticeable wear, and works perfectly. The sound is clear, and the microphone offers decent noise cancellation, making it great for calls and meetings. It’s lightweight and comfortable, although the plastic build feels a bit delicate. The 3.5mm jack is compatible with both my PC and phone. The seller shipped it quickly, and the product was well-packaged. Overall, I'm really impressed with this refurbished headset—it’s a great value and works just like a brand-new one!

I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days.
