    The listing described an IPhone 15 Pro and that’s whatI thought I was buying. After buying 2 cases that didn’t fit, it finally dawned on me to measure the phone. It’s actually an IPhone 15 Pro Max! It’s bigger than I wanted but I’m adapting. There was no easy way to email the seller. The phone is in excellent condition and works well.

    had some problems setting phone up mostly my problem. Talked with apple custome service. they told me that my phone was probably not good and probably needed a new phone. No help at all there. So I took it to my nieghbor who is alyways bragiing about how most of the people she works with take their problems with phones and computers to her instaid of it department. Problem solved is 30 min. No peoblem with phone at all now. All good!

    I was a bit confused as to how to set up the Ipad. In addition I did not recall my password, so it took me a couple of days to get it up and working. It seems a bit slow opening somethings and has frozen on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, it is working.

    Overall pretty good experience. I give it 4 stars because the one i received was 825 gb instead of the 1 Tb version , but it didn’t seem worth the hassle to send it back and wait for another one, and there’s the option to add storage later on so it wasn’t the biggest issue. Had it for a few weeks now and it’s been working great with no real issues, im the beginning there were random connectivity issues but those haven’t been back in some time. Only other issue was the controller had some drift , however was promptly offered either a replacement or a $75 refund for the controller thru customer support and was swiftly refunded. Other than those things , good condition and works well!

    I had a really frustrating experience with Back Market. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 listed as “unlocked,” assuming it would work with my carrier, but it turned out to be a Canadian model that doesn’t connect to U.S. networks like T-Mobile. The phone is basically unusable, even though the listing suggested otherwise. To make things worse, I paid for expedited shipping and the phone still arrived 5 days late. They refunded the shipping, but that doesn’t make up for the delay and inconvenience, especially when the device didn’t work in the first place. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a discount code, which isn’t helpful when the product itself is unusable. Overall, the listing was misleading, the shipping was delayed, and the resolution process has been slow and frustrating. I expected a lot better.
