    I bought one in fair condition which has a small amount of visible wear, but nothing major. Small marks from the case on the edges and a little bit of wear pattern on the screen, which disappears under a screen protector so might as well not exist to me. It was easy to set up and I've had 0 problems with it. Specs wise it's a nice upgrade from the Blu V91 I ended up buying when my previous phone died suddenly just out of warranty, so I'm really happy with the price, performance, and condition. It also arrived VERY quickly.

    My son saved up as much money as he could to get his first phone (well knowing he would not be allowed service), so he found this site and looked through tons of options and decided to go with the fair condition A51 over an excellent condition S8, because he would get more power and was okay with some wear and tear. All I can say is the phone arrived and looked brand new. There were no scratches anywhere. I really feel like this was an excellent condition device and for the fair price was an amazing deal. Much appreciated, and I'll be shopping here from now on for devices, as new devices are such a waste of money. Thanks!

    The hardware was in good condition, but this had the TMobile firmware on it... Had to flash stock FW on it manually. This should be a requirement for unlocked phones if possible (usually it is unless there's physical hardware layer differences sometimes)

    The phone works as it should and was shipped quickly. Very pleased with the whole transaction. I do wish that the printed manual came with it, it's much easier for me to look up stuff in a printed one than reading it online, but I am old school. This is my first smart phone, I have always used just a flip phone before. So there is a big learning curve for me as to how to use it.

    When I turned it on straight out the box, it went to the homepage. The phone had already been setup. I ordered it unlocked but it had a Tmobile startup and a Tmobile app on the homepage that I didn't set up. ??? This is the 3rd time I've ordered a phone from Backmarket because they've earned my trust. But a phone that goes straight to the homepage, straight out of the box...? I won't use the phone because I can't trust it, I'm sorry. Please help. Thanks Corey
