    The phone I ordered was "out of stock" and an communication i got said I needed to choose a different color. I would also get free headphones for the hassle but they never arrived.I misunderstood the communication, you have to log into the website to get a message rather than just including it in the email. After I finally understood and chose the new color shipping was fast and the phone arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. My only problem is that the battery doesn't last long, don't know if it's bad or just a characteristic of the S20 plus. This is the 3rd phone I've ordered from backmarket and will definitely order from them again.

    I would like to return the item. Item specifically stated "unlocked" Unlocked is defined on your website as works with any service. I bought the phone to use with Spectrum Mobile, however I was advised that the phone was not compatible, despite the fact that this exact model is one of the phones that Spectrum Mobile sells. They couldn't/wouldn't tell me why. Thye did suggest that a retailer would tell me anything to make the sale. I replied, so will Spectrum Mobile.

    so the battery capacity is at 100%, but the phone has a lot of scratches and even tearing of the color, even the charger that came with it doesn't even work, I liked the phone, but I would've liked it better if they checked the charging port of the phone and how it actually looks like on the outside

    the phone came in excellent condition and haven't had any issues with it. there must have been a repair to the screen because the system detected the non Apple part. screen works well and only see the message in the settings screen.

    I ordered the iphone 12 64gb in good condition, upon ordering I did read the condition in which the phone would come. A minor scratch which is fine however, the description said nothing about buttons or anything of the such not being able to function properly. The volume increase button doesn’t work, it is stuck in a way I guess? I’ve tried taking the thinnest of needles to potentially clean it out and nothing. Now since I ordered this phone last minute due to an emergency, I don’t have the privilege of returning it and waiting for a replacement so I’ll deal. However, I do believe that these functionality conditions should be mentioned in the description alongside visible display.

    The phone (iphone SE) looks very nice, the battery however is at 77%, and sometimes the phone gets warm on the back when in use, I am not sure what does that, or if it has to do with the battery. Actually I had it happen with my old phone and the battery was swelling up and cracked the case, but not sure if this is the issue here. Please advise.
