    I bought an iPhone 12 Pro in Excellent condition. The first one I received had broken camera glass on the back. This was returned and I received a second one to replace it but it didn't seem to be "Excellent" according to Back Market standards. The sides of the device were pitted and there are some small scratches in the screen at the top in the notch area. Phones I have purchased from other sellers in excellent condition have felt brand new. This one felt like it was in good or fair condition but certainly not new, unused, or excellent. I was disappointed with the experience but due to the long shipping turnaround time from the first issue, I decided to keep the phone anyway. I still think Back Market is a great place but wouldn't buy from this specific seller again.

    Bought the iphone 12 pro in excellent condition. It came in with two little scratches in the screen that are not really visible. I put 4 stars instead of 5 beacuse of the battery. It came with 86%. And the speakers sound 7 out of 10. Despite all that, for this price it is an amazing phone and I am very happy with it.
