    Bought this to replace the first laptop from Back Market that failed. This is actually the correct unit, but the battery is completely dead. Useless laptop. I'm completely understanding of issues with refurbished electronics,but after spending over $1000 I still have no working computers and no help at all from Back Market. Three strikes, I'll never buy from Back Market again and neither should you.

    MacBook Air M1 arrived in damaged USPS box and was merely wrapped in bubble wrap. Even though I paid extra for UPS delivery, the item was sent with USPS. The notebook was not cleaned properly so I had to remove finger prints and smudge from keyboard, chassis, and screen. Some dust was stuck between screen and lower plastic frame which I couldn't remove. Otherwise machine works fine, but I don't think I would order again.

    I’m going to keep them, but I’ll just put this here: you’ve got to do a lot of research and don’t trust the description of the product. They were in excellent condition, but they were advertised as “noise cancelling” headphones. After looking up instructions on how to change settings, rewind, volume control, etc. (because they don’t come with instructions), I learned that Beats Solo3 headphones don’t have noise cancelling options. Bummer. Cute. They’re not a bad price, but beware that the description won’t always be accurate.
