    The ThinkPad was in excellent condition and was well packaged. It functions perfectly except the screen has gone blank for ~ a second a few times.     I was supposed to receive a mouse and keyboard with my $600+ purchase of an iMac. I have multiple chats and emails with representatives of BackMarket regarding this issue. They confirmed that the mouse and keyboard were supposed to be included. They requested receipts from my new mouse and keyboard purchase for this iMac, which I provided. And then crickets. I've heard nothing from them.

    Seems to work ok. A couple of disappointments though. First of all the advertisement stated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were included. It did not state a USB adapter would be required to achieve this function. Had I known this fact I would not have purchased this particular computer. Secondly it took almost an hour for windows updates to be installed. I think windows updates should have been brought to current versions by the supplier before releasing the device for sale.

    The seller took FOREVER to ship. I placed the order on SUNDAY, however the order didn't ship until FRIDAY! I'm happy with the laptop. It's very nice and has nice features such as the backlit keyboard. This is the second order I've placed on BackMarket. If you are looking for an economical computer, this is the place to shop.
