    The process was flawless and the computer arrived well packed. I ordered the good condition and honestly would put it in the excellent category as there is one small scratch on the bottom. Setup was a breeze and the computer works flawlessly. It is super fast on startup and with multiple tabs open. I have only had it for a few days so will update again later. Would definitely recommend Back Market for anyone needing a computer.

    Seems to work ok. A couple of disappointments though. First of all the advertisement stated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth were included. It did not state a USB adapter would be required to achieve this function. Had I known this fact I would not have purchased this particular computer. Secondly it took almost an hour for windows updates to be installed. I think windows updates should have been brought to current versions by the supplier before releasing the device for sale.
