The product came in excellent condition. It was pretty much a new phone wouldn't even know it was refurbished. The battery life is practically untouched. It came in neat and discreet packaging and was shipped quickly to me I only waited a day after purchase. I would say it's worth buying here.

I love my iPhone 13 mini! I’m a big fan of certain Apple products. Not necessarily the latest things they come out with, but just cool ideas that seem lost because the general public wasn’t that into them. This phone has great features, awesome cameras, a super fast processing chip and lots of memory. This phone is iconic because it’s likely the last flagship phone that Apple will produce in its mini size. I’m in love!

I learned of backmarket through TikTok and had a great experience with it! The packaging was handled with care and I received the watch quickly. The watch was in excellent condition! No scratches or obvious wear and tear. Basically new. I did not have any issues with the tech, was able to call, text and download appa easily onto the watch. The battery life last about 2 days before needing to be recharged, as I'd use the timer ALOT for worm. Overall great experience, will try both this seller and backmarket again in the future 😁

Firstly, I love how it was packaged. It was very neat and secure. It also arrived earlier than expected, which is always welcomed. The phone was in the condition I expected, and in the short time I had with it, the phone worked wonderfully. I only had to return it because I quickly discovered I missed my stylus. If I wasn't spoiled by that feature, this phone exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with my purchase. I would easily buy from Back Market again (and am literally about to!). Great deals, ease of purchase and returns and a newer phone for a fraction of the price. What's not to love?

The quality of the product was indeed mint in appearance and function. The phone I ordered was a clone of the one I am replacing except the new phone has 128GB internal storage rather than the 16GB in the replaced phone. I am also pleased that the new phone is transferring the old phone's data automatically. I thought I would have to go to a phone store to accomplish the transfer. Delivery was accomplished in 4days. This is the second phone I get from the back market. And again the service, quality and delivery were perfect! Delivery on time! The phone looks brand new (just has tiny little scratches on the corners) but I knew the condition was just "fair" (but the phone looks way better than just fair) I love all the support you get everything you get a phone.

Cell phone works great and have hade no problem with switching my old number and cellular service to the new phone. So far I'm very pleased with the condition of the phone. Looks practically brand new and it is fast and no issues with the operation of using the phone. Also I am even more impressed with the customer service from both backmarket and the seller. They were awesome with communicating and assisting me with my purchase from ordering the phone tell delivery and activation on the phone. I am definitely using backmarket for the next time I need to upgrade my phone and would recommend others to check them out before buy a new more costly phone. I only wish I was able to take advantage of the buy back your old phone to get a discount on my purchase but my phone was to old and in rough condition for them to restore and resale.
