    I also got a couple pieces of candy instead of the MacBook Pro I paid for. This is also the second computer I've tried to purchase on Back Market that didn't end up being what I was buying. So far it's only cost me time and money to try and buy here. Update: Back Market has yet to acknowledge there's a scam, return my money, confirm I will be refunded.

    I have purchased well over 100 phones from Backmarket and have never had an issue such as this. Bought (3) iPhone 16 Pro Max's 512GB however received what looks like gummy bears / dog treats. I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. My only hope is for backmarket to intervene between me and this SCAMMER of a seller

    I bought an iPhone from this company and when my package arrived, instead of the phone there were two candies inside the envelope. My iPhone was missing. I have been trying to contact Back Market for three days and I have not received any response. I have already filed a police report, but nothing has been resolved so far. All I want is a refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.

    This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I was excited to buy my iPhone 16 on Back Market, but now it's been a month, and I still haven't received the phone I paid for. First, the phone was sent out with no delivery address, so it couldn't be delivered and was returned. Okay, things happen, so I said no worries, resend it. Then they resent it, but they sent it to an address in North Carolina. I am in Nebraska. Then it is this drawn-out process to launch an investigation. Huh? An investigation, along with a statement saying I did not get the phone. My address is not in NC, so how could I have the phone? Then I received a UPS envelope containing three suckers. No phone and nothing else. Just three suckers. Seemingly, this is a thing but why does it keep happening? They said they are working on it, so we'll see, but unless I am missing something, how hard can buying an item and sending it to an address be? C'mon Back Market! What are we doing here? Why is this so hard? I buy a phone and you send it to the address listed. So, we ended up getting a refund processed and sent to me. Still no phone but I do have a 16 Pro max case..... The search continues.
