    The item came quickly and in good condition. It was packaged nicely and came with a charge cord. I only wish some instructions had been included because I made the jump to iPhone finally! But, I am slowly figuring things out. So far, so good! I have not tried everything on the phone yet, ie the camera. Thank you!

    Came here on time, phone is working great, battery is at 100 percent health, I am really liking this phone and how good condition it’s in. My only take away is how the product got shipped. I would have put a lot more protection inside than just a thin foam. Other than that so far it’s working great. And would recommend buying from here! PS always go for the excellent condition. You save yourself time, I got one in good condition and had to return it, because it looked like it was a fair condition phone plus it was missing a sim slot, and the process is kinda long if you issue a return. But I did get refunded, soo all is good.

    The quality of my iPhone 13 mini is like brand new condition! I chose excellent bc I had chosen fair for an iPhone 12 in white before this and the speaker was not working but it looked flawless. I didn’t want to have any issues and decided to upgrade to 13 mini. I am obsessed with the size it’s so cute the camera quality is amazing. My only issue is that it’s not a true black it’s midnight so like a deep blue in the sunlight but it’s okay bc it’s not a big deal. I have a black case on it anyways. Love it !! Will continue to purchase on black market. I have my AirPods apple watch and MacBook Air all great quality and now iPhone 13 mini upgrading from an xr which is also from back market :)

    Absolutely amazing I bought it in the “fair” condition and they did a fantastic job. No scratches at all on the back glass no scratches on the side the only scratches visible are on the screen and you won’t notice them unless it’s off. The battery was at 86% battery capacity yet it retains a charge better than my brand new iPhone I bought in store I can leave low power mode off for the whole day and still have decent amount of battery left. For that matter every product I’ve purchased on backmarket has been top tier refurbished perfectly and works like it’s brand new don’t be afraid to buy the lowest “quality” because with back market every quality tier is top tier. Shipping took exactly how many days was stated on the shipping options and I’m overjoyed with the product I will only be buying tech from back market from now on.

    this phone sucks, i believe i picked a "good" condition iphone 12 mini and i got a "terrible" condition iphone 12 mini, the only speaker that works is the top one and it sounds like im holding the phone under water, ALSO the battery capacity is 87 percent which is ridiculous i basically have to keep this phone on life support 24/7 which also sucks cause anytime i use the phone while it's plugged in it gets hot enough to cook a full course meal on, thanks alot
