So the main reason why I’ve rated 1 star is because I paid for expedited shipping but received the phone at the free shipping date regardless… another reason is the phone that they have shipped out to me is in less than fair condition one speaker does not work and the phone is unresponsive when you tap in certain areas of the screen..the battery dies FAST and the haptic feedback in the phone is so faint that you can barely feel it..the microphone sounds like a cheap microphone from back in the early 2000’s and there is ALOT of dents and scratches on the phone more than the usual “fair” wear and tear I’ve bought a MacBook in fair condition before and it looks and works like brand new while this phone looks like it go ran over by a truck the phone is extremely laggy to the point when I type some letters it don’t even register when I press it…overall very disappointed with this purchase I’ll be fixing this phone to work as intended but I do not recommend buying from this company they will ship you a phone that looks and functions like it came out a wood chipper

I pay for excellent but I get less than fair. Screen not original and not fixed well
