    Hi guys, I brought this iPad on 4/16 and it came by 4/18. So delivery is fast. But when I received the item it seemed in perfect condition no scratches or nothing. Turns out I was so wrong it had some internal damage. The battery would make it seem like it’s at 100% but wasn’t until I connected to the WiFi to show the true percentage. It wouldn’t stay on for 1min. What got me more frustrated is the customer service it’s terrible. They made it seem like the iPad was going to get repaired or replaced just to notify me I’m getting a refund. Keep in mind I returned the item on Monday and they received it Tuesday just to tell me they couldn’t fix it, I feel like they didn’t care to fix it or even help me out to resolve the issue. I’m so upset because I’m high schooler that planned on using this for homework so I can stay motivated to do my work. First time buyer, never coming again.

    iPads are working great, no issues there. Having said that, the rest was not delivered as advertised. The tempered glass for both tablets was the wrong size, the adapter did not match the power cable (super dirty). I would rate this a 3 out of 5
