    Love the phone, but hated how it came in very good condition when I bought it for excellent instead. It did had minor scratches and a dent on the aluminum side. The speaker when I call someone, it sounds like muffling also. I did contact them to let them know song the side it came in 83% battery capacity instead of 85% as it said it was coming in. But all they could do is give me a $23 partial refund. Which I feel isn’t right. I hate how they didn’t took responsibility for their actions. Or said sorry for the wrong package. Will never buy an iPhone from them again.

    there’s a few hair line scratches on the screen but nothing too noticeable. runs pretty well tbh and smoothly too. i’m able to play both Genshin impact and Honkai SR and for those who know these games. know that altho they are mobil games. they are almost impossible to play without ur phone heating up. my new iphone 11 runs both games just fine plus i’m able to draw on it as well as an artist and the quality is great which is also very important to me. all and all i wish they could’ve done something about the screen scratches but other than that it’s a pretty good deal for a luxury iphone albeit an older
