    I'm still waiting for the website issue of trying to add on insurance to be resolved, however other than that, it was a good process overall, and I do plan to be buying from backmarket again.     The iPhone came well packaged and well protected, it didn't take more than 5 days to reach my residence! I bought it in excellent condition! I am super satisfied with his state, however if you look very closely it is possible to see some scratches on the screen that do not affect anything in the aesthetics but they are there! And there is also an almost invisible scratch on the power button. I expected more from battery health but I'm fine! It came with 81% battery health! As for the battery life, I have no complaints and even it doesn't have any problem! Everything is working correctly, it has True Tone and Face ID. The cameras are impeccable and the rear without any visible marks. I really liked this black color! Besides everything, I'm really impressed with the state for the price I paid! I intend to buy more often! I hope this classification helps more people. Thank you

    ordered phone and selected excellent quality in order to get the best possible refurbished product. when I got the phone it looked nice, but it heated up a bit when charged and when I went to check for battery life it was at 79% meaning that my newly refurbished phone is on a downhill slope of having no battery and I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I was expecting higher quality from choosing the best they had to offer.

    i ordered a couple months ago the screen quality was amazing no scratches or nun the upper sides had a little scratch which was not noticed from afar and you couldnt really feel it so either would 10/10 really fast shipping only took 3 days i lost the phone which is a bummer but every thing was perfect untill it started over heating a lot and gliching before it died but i think it was due to exesive use ?

    Bought the Samsung Galaxy s22+ recently and I am happy with my purchase. I bought excellent and it did have minor scratches on it, around the edges and by the camera. I did think it would have less because of the description, but I put a case and screen protector on and it's like new. Even though I have had Samsung phones b4, I am still getting used to this one. It has features that my other phone did not have. Overall, it's a good phone. Would buy from backmarket again.
