    Too much time lost. The iPhone had connectivity issues with cell network data and had to return. The return process was slow and clunky to get through to customer service to start even start the process. No phone number to talk to a person. And they keep sending me phone mailers to sell my OG phone to them. WASTEFUL. Also the phones are refurbished by a third party not by backmarket themselves. I don’t think I’ll be using back market again. More efficient options are available.
