    I’m loving the Fitbit! I was surprised & delighted to find out it came with a 1 year free subscription to FitBit+ even though it’s used. My only complaint is how dim the screen is. I can never see the readout in bright light or outside. But I bought it to be a fitness tracker, not a watch, so it doesn’t bother me much.

    I ordered a W11 laptop. They sent me a chromebook. They berated me for not knowing how to order a W11 laptop. I pointed out the specs page that said W11. They agreed to take it back for replacement. 2 weeks later they messaged to say "replacement isn't an option, we're processing a refund" A week later I got the refund. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (they gave me a coupon code), and ordred again after double checking and being reassured by an agent that the computer I was ordering was in fact W11. AND THEY SENT ANOTHER CHROMEBOOK. And then had the nerve to be condescending about processing a refund for that. AVOID AVOID AVOID
