    Purchased phone for someone other than myself. Was very disappointed to find the sim tray missing, making the phone inoperable. Seller Cellphone Depot didn't take the 5 seconds to factory reset the phone. Included incomplete power cord. The whole experience has been very bizarre.

    The phone looks excellent on the outside but it hasn't been wiped. I'm still waiting to hear back from BackMarket. I'd love to keep the phone but I need some sort of plausible explanation for how a refurbished phone wouldn't automatically be wiped. I hate to think that they received a good-looking phone and just shipped it out as-is. I'll update this review if my opinion changes. They want me to provide additional details about my experience but until I find out if the phone was actually refurbished, I'm not happy about any of it.

    My son had his iPhone mini for less than a month before it stopped charging and kept giving an error that the battery was not iPhone compatible. We sent the phone back before the 30 day warranty was up, it was sent back, worked for another month, and the same issue came up. We brought the phone to Apple where we were told it would cost over $300 to replace the battery and fix the issue. We wasted our money and now have to buy another iPhone.
