    I like it a lot! However, it seems like I can't get the phone ringer to stay on vibrate and also set my alarm to have volume. If the ringer is set on vibrate, the alarm will only vibrate. :/

    First order of the phone, I got a different color than listed. Customer service was prompt and helpful, but it was still inconvenient having to return it and wait for the refund. This phone was the right color and was accurately listed, but the sim port on the phone was missing. I was just glad I got the right color, but it is still annoying to have to go out of my way to buy it.

    Every now and then gets a bad cracking sound and you can't hear what the person is saying. It does it both on incoming and out going calls. I bought a case for it and while putting it on the screen cracked. Not very big but noticeable. The other phone is really good.
