    We bought 2 devices 1 is working wonderful the other one keeps saying dirty SIM card or no SIM card. I have message the seller directly and no response granted. That was 2 days ago. I'm giving him another day or 2 and then I don't know what else to do to get a response. I don't know why that is. But. Spending 200? And some? Dollars a piece on a phone and it does not constantly work is frustrating especially since my wife is a special edpara at the elementary school and meeting her. Phone to communicate with supervisors if there is an issue with her student who has special needs and special care. We're also foster parents so these are lifelines just extremely frustrating if somebody could get a hold of me that would be great

    I ordered the excellent condition for three samsung galaxy s21+ and it is phenomenal. There is not one scratch or scuff or anything. This particular seller I would high recommend 👌 I don't know about the rest tho. The only issue I had is with shipping. It shipped within 2 days but the delivery was over 3 days due to weather issues. If I could add on to anything I would suggest to add a lot more packing for the product. It arrived in a tiny bubble wrap slip and wrapped again with a tiny piece and inside a basic tiny white box, along with a single charging cord. Overall my experience with this seller and on back market has been wonderful.
