    It’s my second time buying from back market and honestly I couldn’t give this a better rating, bought it in excellent condition and to be honest, you can’t convince me enough that it isn’t brand new, everything is perfect from the screen to sides, I couldn’t spot a single dent or scratch. I’m more than satisfied. The only thing that can give it away as being refurbished is the battery health being at 92% which I don’t even mind.And by the way, the bubbles on the screen on the picture I posted is from my poor screen protector placement skills. I would strongly recommend certified direct and back market. Amazing Buy!!!

    Overall, the phone is in good working condition. The only wear and tear I noticed is on the camera area, where there are some visible marks. Other than that, the phone functions properly and meets my expectations. Battery health is 85% that’s not bad for refurbished phones.

    First time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the quality. Straight out of the box the phone looked to be in near perfect condition, barring only a few minuscule scratches on the bottom edge. All the technical specs are correctly included as expected and the phone works real smoothly without any problems. It has only been a few days but I'm positive this phone can last me a few good years and hopefully even longer.

    I ordered the same item (iPhone 15 Pro Max in 'excellent' quality) twice in ~2 weeks. Unfortunately, both times the screen was significantly scratched (much more so than my old iphone 12 I had planned on trading in), and I needed to return it. The first time I had no concerns (slip ups happen). However it was disappointing to have the exact same problem a second time and makes me question the quality control/refurbishment process. I have previously had all excellent experiences with BlackMarket so I would like to give the benefit of the doubt, however I am not planning to re-order a third time.
