    I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of Back Market till recently. The iPad is great. Transferring and setup was seamless. Came with a cord, and I honestly don’t see any prior signs of use. My daughter started using it right away. Will be ordering from here again in the future for any tech.

    Bad job Back Market! Sold me a phone that had a bad debt on it and couldn’t be connected to service. Besides the physical and operational condition, this should be one of the key things that is checked by back market and their suppliers. Spent nearly 6 hours of my life converting between two phones back-and-forth due to these issues. Very poor sales and then very poor customer service when I called with the issue. Offering me a refund and a 5% discount on a future purchase and absolutely no way compensate me for the hassle at time spent on this project If others would have done their job.
