    I ordered a 2018 Mac that was supplied by compute tech sale. They used UPS as the delivery service, but never told me that I needed to sign for the package which would normally be fine but unfortunately I was not going to be at home during the mornings. After a few messages back-and-forth with Back Market, they told me that they couldn’t switch the delivery options because the seller had to, Computechsale. luckily I was able to receive it but upon using it for one day the battery drained quickly after a couple uses and I had to recharge it multiple times. I sent the computer so they can fix the battery. I was aware about the device being used and the battery having some use but not so much to the point that I had to recharge it multiple times during that day. After getting it back from Back Market, I noticed a scratch on the screen, which wasn’t there before. I still have yet to notify them about it, but at this point, I just am glad that the battery was fixed and will settle for, the small scratch that a screen protector can cover. Overall I would recommend this website but buyers beware, be very conscious of the battery life being depleted and the delivery options being limited.
