The Macbook came in as expected. Small minor marks on the case, obvious wear marks on the keyboard. It's used, so that's all expected. The battery doesn't charge. That should have been addressed in the "refurbish". The "n" key sticks. That also should have been addressed. Now the only options are to send it back for repair (7-10 days), or send it back for a refund. So now I have an unusable product that I have to figure out what to do with.

Hi, this is the third product I have purchased from Back Market. My other two experiences were fantastic. This one was not so great. For this current order I received a Mac book pro. The computer met all of the advertised specifications for size, memory, etc. and the price was very reasonable. The computer had a few scuffs and was a bit dirty. It obviously had not been wiped clean my the refurbisher. This did not bother me, as I was only interested in a well functioning computer. Here’s the problem. The computer would suddenly shut off after less then five minutes of being unplugged from the charger (on a fully charged battery). This was unacceptable and I returned the computer and received a full refund (Back Market makes this process very simple, I thank you for that). I realize that Back Market is a middle party to the resale of refurbished electronics by many companies. I wish you would be more transparent in what you mean by “refurbished”. It was obvious that The reseller of this computer “Loop Mobile” simply bought a computer, maybe plugged it in, and then sold it to me with no quality checks.
