    The device is great. Great shape, only minor little dents around some edges. Working perfectly so far! I have another email pop up on facebook when I login, so I wonder how completely it was wiped. I gave it a 4 star only due to shipping...it was set up as signature required, and I'm never home when FedEx delivers. I had to wait 3 days before I could pick it up at the FedEx facility.

    I love the look of the phone. However it was difficult to download the apps. 90% of the apps had (waiting to download under them). I had to take it to the store for them to help download and they had to download all the apps one at a time. For some reason it could not be done by simply putting the SIM card in. That was a nightmare and took hours. Other than that, it’s fine and has been an experience.

    What tremendous value (Macbook Pro) and customer service! I didn't realize the prices are dynamic, so when I snagged my 14" Macbook w/M1 Pro chip, 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, I could not believe the price so I was skeptical. Upon receipt and much to my pleasant surprise, the battery had only 51 cycles and Apple Care+ ENTERPRISE (uber deluxe above regular apple care+) was good for another 20 months! Now I can sleep and use my Macbook with complete peace of mind! The only negative is the charger was not OEM, offering only 60W of charge speed, and there was no Mag3 plug, just some generic USB-C w/unknown transmittal speed that I'm requesting a replacement or credit. I opted for a Fair condition machine, and don't mind that one edge and the top of the Macbook both have noticeable dents as neither impact performance, but clearly helped reduce the price. Meanwhile, Backmarket is incredibly responsive in permitting me to return another Macbook that I ordered at a higher price, but wasn't able to cancel in time. Backmarket rocks!!
