    Number one I paid for it on the 24th at 7 am they did not work on the order until the next day when I paid for 2 day shipping it didn’t come the 25th or the 26th I got it on the 27th after the delivery estimate UPS gave me which was 11am to 3pm it didn’t get here till 5 something I open it play with it ok cool I go to work I get off and come home try some YouTube videos there’s a slight issue with the display nothing to major just a quick white flicker it’s barley visible then I have to charge it CHARGER WON’T EVEN WORK AND THE ADAPTER ALL SCRATCHED UP I mean I bought it in GOOD condition NOT FAIR and then all they wanna do is refund me instead of replacing it after I explained this to them my boyfriend bought a few things from here and recommended it but it’s a hit or miss just pay for the perfect condition one because even the GOOD CONDITION ONE IS TRASH OH AND BTW I WENT TO BEST BUY AND BOUGHT AT 36 dollar 240w charger whole experience 5/10

    I have now bought two Nintendo Switches from Decluttr through Back Market and both have been defective. On the first, one of the buttons on one of the controllers didn't work, so I returned it to be repaired. Apparently it couldn't be repaired, so they refunded me. I then bought a second Switch, but that one was unable to maintain a connection to a TV display, so I returned it, too. I've had several positive experiences buying things through Back Market, so I think this is likely a problem with Decluttr. I can understand a single defective item - mistakes happen - but two in a row suggests their QA process is severely lacking. Both problems that I encountered should have been discovered within about 5 minutes of testing. I wouldn't recommend Decluttr and won't buy anything from them again.
