    Received the Dell laptop computer in 2 days. THere was no cosmetic flaw and the laptop looked brand new without any scratches. The computer booted up without issues and we took offer to upgrade to Windows 11. We like Dell for their robust sturdy design and we use our computers for years. This new i7 is fast and with SSD, reliable. This will provide enough power for years. Serves our purpose well and do not need to spend 3x or more to get the latest and greatest.

    Have been using this for a week now. It's been great. I bought a monitor from Amazon to go with it. My problem at first was that the monitor came with an HDMI connection, however this CPU uses a different HDMI?? I think it's the older one. It's shaped different. So the connection that came with my monitor could not work. Bought a VGA because both had it and the monitor looked blurry after. Had to get another connection.
