    Update to my issue: The seller has refused to repair the phone. I only had the $350 phone for two weeks. It keeps restarting on its own. Neither the seller nor backmarket is willing to help me. I was at least expecting them to say I would have to pay for the repair but that wasn't even an option. Unfortunately having issues with the phone, but on the plus side both BackMarket and the Seller are working with me to solve the issue. As it is not resolved yet I can't say anything further at this time. Except the value of the phone is great and the phone was delivered as promised. Thank you. No accessories were included.

    the phone was definitely not in excellent condition. there are dents and scratches and the back camera is dented. i think the screen was replaced at some point too because the screen protector won’t lay flat. i also keep having connection issues and the battery drains so fast. very disappointed. i’ve sent pics to customer service but haven’t heard anything back for several days now. would not recommend.
