10 out of 10. Received what I ordered in a timely manner. Ordered unlocked excellent condition and that's what I received. No scratches, no scuffs, no cracks. Everything works as it should. Ordering "Refurbished" and from this place called " backmarket" had me a little skeptical. But there was no need for any worries. My only complaint is there is some sort of mark or degrade sign on the charging plug in but it still works perfectly.

its pretty alright. I was worried at first, because it gets pretty hot, but I did a little research and found out that that's just a problem with this model of phone,and not the refurbisher. overall a good product

I've purchased 3 Samsung phones from Back Market and as long as they exist will go nowhere else. The 3rd was Galaxy S10 plus in Good condition and it may as well have been in excellent condition AND I received it in 3 days. Just amazing. Came with nice charging cord. Only mistake is they didn't include the plug part. But I've got so many it was not a problem.

The phone was delivered on time and is in very good condition. It was easy to activate and is working well, at this time. I ordered a phone from Back Market in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. Very reliable company that's easy to do business with.

So I got this phone after using an old, beat up iPhone X. This phone is a serious upgrade! I love it! Everything is in perfect condition, even though I only got the good condition phone, it's still wonderful! The camera is nice, it runs smooth, and the screen is flawless! The only *slight* issue I have (and even then, calling it an issue is a severe overstatement) is that the battery drains somewhat quickly, but it doesn't bother me. I love having so much storage and how smoothly it runs! This was my first phone from this site and I will definitely purchase again in the future! :D
