    I love Backmarket philosophy but their communication is Crap. I regret buying through them just because of that. I am not buy any more from them and I choose 1/5 star because of that too. I will correct the stars if they do respond to me ASAP. I bought a phone and it stop working. I depend on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. BEWARE DO NOT ERASE YOUR CART. It is making any communication with Back Market impossible. I need to talk to them, and it is impossible.
