    I’ve generally had great experiences, but this time was disappointing. The 'excellent' condition phone I received had noticeable marks and even physical scrapes that could be felt, as if it had been dragged on concrete. While the device functions, its condition aligns more with 'fair' rather than 'excellent.' The bigger issue is the lack of quality control and customer support. My only options are a 7-10 day repair or return for a refund that takes around five days, neither of which adequately addresses the discrepancy. There should be better oversight to ensure refurbished products meet their advertised condition, and a more customer-friendly resolution process when they don’t. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase any refurbished products in the future.
