The phone came in perfect condition no scratches dents or imperfections. This phone is great for everyday use and I haven’t seen a problem with it yet. The seller is super trustworthy as I’ve bought many phones from them. Would definitely recommend buying from this refurbisher if you are looking for a quality product!

The phone got here fast it’s in good condition only issue is a powering off and it was locked to a carrier but I called to get it unlocked and it worked but aside from the powering off issue the phone works as it should for the most part

I got the phone on my birthday. It was a day late but worth the wait. The batter is decent for a good condition phone but I don't know how to look in the settings for the battery life. The phone is barely scratched or damages, has good memory, and doesn't lag or get warm even with a lot of use. I suggest this for anyone who is on a tight budget but wants a nice phone! 8.5/10

I've bought many phones and laptops and watches off back market. always been pretty happy. This got to our home super fast for once, that was great. However, this is the 1st time that a product has shown up in less than fair condition. My daughter wants to keep the phone but there is a huge flaw across the fold of the screen and the spine of the phone has a big dent. Big enough that it actually makes it so the phone can not open all the way to lay flat. That is a bit disappointing as I've never had any of the electronics bought via Back Market (even in only fair condition) show up with such big flaws. It does seem to work properly but she's only had it for a few hours. I will submit pictures if I need to but I put screen protectors on the phone front and back and won't remo e them for that.
