    Received an iphone different than described from the listing. Was supposed to be unlocked and came locked. It is unlockable - huge mess and hassle. Phone is unusable and now I have to send it back. Vendor was nice enough but no replacement options for the issue. The phone was in excellent condition so I was sad we couldnt find a solution. Backmarket couldn't honor the price I paid or offer a replacement for the price paid. Wish I didnt have to deal with the headache and still have a non working phone I have to return 2 weeks later. Going to try Gazelle.

    unit is in beautiful shape. seems to work perfectly. only thing different from the posted description was that it's running OS14 instead of OS12. main purpose for this purchase was to get a more recent platform for running QB Pro 2020, and I was running previously on OS12 on my 2015 vintage MacBook. Turned out QB 2020 pro runs fine, so, completely satisfied with the purchase!

    First impressions: I ordered this MacBook in the “good” condition, but this thing is basically brand new. The screen is in immaculate condition. Only thing I notice is there’s a little dent on the back side and a few scuff marks, nothing easily noticeable it really is very small. Other than that it functions as normal so far. Came with 99% battery health, which was more than I expected. I do believe this deserves a five star rating, I would easily recommend this seller to anyone. Shipping wasn’t too bad as well. It came in about 6 days from order being placed.

    This computer is exactly what I needed. I can barely tell that it’s not in perfect condition. The minor marks are hardly noticeable. It has been a learning experience going from a Windows system to a Chromebook, but I no longer need the Microsoft programs. Google provides similar ones that work well for me.
