    I'm incredibly impressed and happy with this purchase!! I was nervous but figured I could return it within the guarantee window if needed, but the laptop arrived in better condition than expected (a small crack in the bottom of the screen but otherwise excellent shape), packaging was professional and secure, and it truly felt like I was setting up a brand new computer. Compared to the price points of apple certified refurbished, this was an absolute steal and worth every penny.

    This was my 4th purchase from Back Market and each time I'm surprised at the quality and condition. I've never 'splurged' for the best condition, but each time, it's practically new looking to me. In my experience, they've been conservative on their condition estimations which should be a great comfort to anyone hesitant to buy a refurbished device. As for the usability, I cannot distinguish between brand new and products sold here. Devices work no different than fresh from the box. I don't need the latest and greatest and since Apple supports their devices for long periods of time, this device is expected to last quite a while for me. Bonus: the device arrived considerably faster than expected. Not sure how this could have been a better experience, but if there is, I bet Back Market will find a way and surprise me again.

Picking out the computer that fit my preferences and price range was super easy! I like the options that were available. I’ve had my MacBook Pro for over a month now and I love it so much!
