    I ordered an iPad Pro 12.9” M1. The condition was supposed to be excellent. Which means almost no signs of wear. It had scratches, dents on the edge and the thing that bothered me the most was the bed my iPad came in bent. An excellent condition product shouldn’t have a bend to it. Very disappointing.

    Poor customer service. Received a damaged MacBook with dents and scratches and a random unknown stain on the touch pad area. The keys were worn down and the touch pad had oil stains or something on it. Super gross! Customer service refused to fix the issue so this is being sent back
