    Not so well. The unit had a "dead zone" in the middle of the display where the cursor would not respond. Also, the unit took a surprisingly long time to boot up (for a Mac) and would beachball worse than my old unit. Finally, though least important, the unit did not arrive looking like the "excellent" it claimed to be.

    I was a little hesitant going with the "fair" condition, but the machine showed up in very good shape. There is a pinhole crack on the screen with a small black dot in the center. I wish the listing could have specified screen damage vs. other kinds of physical wear. A scuffed exterior is less an issue than something like this - however, it is quite small, and something that I can overlook for the cost savings on this otherwise perfect machine. Battery health is excellent, and keyboard, hinge, body are all great.
