    The iPad was rated “fair”. I guess I thought that meant in its physical condition-which didn’t matter to me. Physically, it’s in optimal condition. It’s the working ability that I’ve struggled with. Sometimes when I click (or press) on a link, the connection fails. I’ve considered returning it, just haven’t made up my mind.

    First, I want to say how excited I was to buy a MacBook that fit my budget and had so many good reviews. When it arrived, everything seemed fine at first. I bought the MacBook in good condition, and the only scratches were on the bottom, which didn’t bother me. I turned it on and tried to sign in to my Apple ID, but the computer froze. I reset it, and it seemed okay. But last night and today, when I tried to turn it on, the screen just stayed black. This was frustrating because I knew the battery was at least thirty percent. I put it on the charger for about an hour, and the lock screen said it was at zero. But after I signed in, it showed 53 percent (I’ve attached photos below). I’m really upset because, after seeing so many good reviews, I ended up with a faulty computer. I’m a teenager without a job, and I saved up for this MacBook, only for it to have these problems. I hope I wasn’t given something of lower quality just because I got it at a lower price.

    Don't buy the 128GB storage option. I was disappointed to find the macbook arrived with macOS Tahoe installed. The storage is immediately consumed by 'System Data,' leaving me with less than 2GB of usable space. This makes the computer unstable. I cannot even install an app without receiving 'Disk Full' errors. If you are selling machines with the latest OS, they should be paired with hardware that can actually run it.
