    This is actually crazy. I was going to originally cancel my order before it even arrived due to the bad reviews I’ve seen, especially for fair-quality products. But to my absolute delight, this iPad arrived with a perfect back plate and some extremely minor scratches (the largest appearing to be internal, so no danger of cuts!) in the corner of the screen boarder. Device was spotless, i checked the battery health through iMazing on my laptop and it’s a stellar 94%! I bought this iPad to replace my trusty old tablet of the same model after a botched repair job burned the screen connectors, and after restoring all my old data to the refurbed iPad, it’s as if it never happened! I’m a low-income digital artist, so this purchase means the absolute world to me, truly. I treasured my old iPad for years and I hope to treasure this one for just as long, if not beyond! Thank you Ed Tech Surplus, and thank you BackMarket. I should’ve been more optimistic!

    I got my laptop and it’s working great and the battery is amazing. I have no complaints. There are some very minor scratches on the body but that was expected because I didn’t choose excellent condition. No scratches on the screen.

    The physical condition itself was great. Hands down. But the chargers won’t charge 2 of the 3 iPads I purchased. I went out and bought new chargers and it doesn’t seem to be better. We’re lucky to get them charged to 35% within hours of being charged. I want to send them back but my kiddos are impatient and I just figured I would take the loss. Hoping in near future I can try again. Maybe the iPads are just too old and it’s not a BackMarket issue. Thank you all.

    The only thing keeping this from being a five star review is that the mag safe connector on the computer looks to by slightly damaged so the mag safe charging cord is quite difficult to keep attached and charging. It can be done but you have to find the sweet spot. All other parts are fantastic.

    Great condition but having issues charging the iPad. I am using the cord provided and bought a block specific to that gen iPad but still getting “not charging” after about ten minutes of charging. I can unplug it and plug back In to start charging again but the issue persists. Torn on sending it back or just dealing with it.

    There is no Bad. All good. I purchased a MacBook Air for my wife’s 82nd Birthday thinking this would help with here arthritic hands/fingers. Unfortunately it didn’t. You folks at Back Market couldn’t have been more kinder in making the return easier as there were a couple of complications.
