    I was a but skeptical about ordering from second-hand retailers initially but my first purchase here completely changed my opinion. I ordered an iPhone 12 of “Excellent” quality and it was nothing short of excellent. It delivered a day early in safe packaging. The phone itself appeared to be straight from the original box, with no previous owners. The battery health was at 100% and there was nothing indicating previous owners. I essentially saved $200 by purchasing from here instead of directly from Apple. It was definitely worth spending $50 more for the better quality than risking a more refurbished product, because the phone was basically new.

    We had to exchange the first device for another. Returns were easy and the seller issued a refund to purchase another device. Unfortunately, the iphone 7 model will not be supported anymore. Kind of a waste of time and money. the device itself had the standard occasional issues as a refurbished device would have;occasional glitching and non responsiveness (my other child had a brand new iPhone that also had these occasional issues so I'm not too terribly upset). Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish we would have known sooner that Apple wasn't going to allow the 7 to be supported anymore. I will continue to use Back Market as they are doing their best to help out those who cannot afford to buy brand new devices every year. Thanks Back Market!!

    I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max because I had the 11 in 64 gb and unfortunately it couldn’t keep up with all my data so I switched to the 11 pro max because I think the 11 is still a great phone!! I loved that it came with a charger also I picked excellent condition so it came with no scratches volume buttons work great and so does the volume and I gotta say the price is better than purchasing a brand new phone which is going to lose its value after you walk out! Camera is wayyy better than my 11!

    So far, I am pleased with this 2018 Mac Mini. It came as advertised in good condition and so far is working flawlessly. I removed the 16GB RAM it came with and in its place installed 64GB of RAM, the max this model will accept. That, too, is working perfectly.
